JBA is a WMBE (Woman owned; Minority Business Enterprise) certified private company founded in 1979 by Jacqueline Lymbertos Buickians. JBA specializes in IT Consultancy, Outsourcing (on-site, off-site, off-shore), & Staffing and Recruiting Services to both large and small companies nationwide.
Our attention to our client relationships are key to JBA services. JBA has skills in managing and coordinating all areas of project’s requirements and has built a reputation for experienced and professional project teams. This means time-lines are closely monitored and deadlines and budgets are met. To complement JBA’s strength in client services the company also has a great relationship with its software engineers that work on internal projects as required, and independently for clients who require the skills of a qualified resources.
For Staffing and Recruiting Services, once JBA staff finds out about the nature of the position, then the next step is to find out whether the position is for full time, contract to hire, contract of short term or long term, daily rates and so on. Then we strategize and recruit the top candidates for our clients.
