Jacqueline Lymbertos Buickians – Founder & CEO

Jacqueline Lymbertos Buickians is the founder and CEO of JBA International, LLC. With more than two decades of experience running her company, Jacqueline has succeeded through her commitment to innovative ideas, customer service, and continuous process improvement.

Her company was built around her passion for understanding the needs of her clients and her own staff. She started consulting for large oil and gas companies, after being overloaded with many projects, she began working with others in her field having them help her with projects, in this way she started the staff-augmentation and consulting side of the company.

Jacqueline has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Computer Science and Mathematics, her background includes work for Fortune 10 companies like Exxon, Shell, Mobile Oil, and Lockheed.

Kevin Steinfeld – Chief Operating Officer

Kevin Steinfeld is the Chief Operating Officer for JBA International, LLC. Kevin has overall responsibility for the operations of JBA Infotech and United States.He brings more than 20 years of IT experience consulting for Ernst and Young, LLC and Capgemini. He has worked with major insurance companies such as Allstate, Farmers, Mercury, Fremont General and Mass Mutual Life Insurance.

Prior to joining JBA, Kevin was AVP at Farmers Insurance where he formed the Internal Consulting Strategy Department. This department was responsible for developing strategies and initiatives to support operational excellence, growth objectives, and collaborative innovation.

Kevin also worked at Rare Medium, an award winning internet services firm where he was Vice President of Professional Services for the west region. During that time, Kevin ranked 58th in the Digital Coast Reporter’s Top 100 Internet Executives in Southern California for 2001. In addition, he joined the Producers Guild of America (PGA) to focus on assessing the impact of emerging online technologies.

Shanmugam “Shanz” Subramaniam, Senior Vice President – India Operations

Shanz heads JBA Infotech in India. He has been working with people, processes and technology ever since he first graduated in engineering and management, and has extensive experience in the areas of in-house and outsourced software design, development, support and maintenance.

During the course of his career he has consulted for clients around the world and in a variety of industry domains, including insurance, finance and banking, telecoms, public transportation and manufacturing.
