Security Management- ISO 27001 Certified

The IT security management system in place at our offshore center at Bangalore is certified to the ISO 27001 standard so that our clients can be sure that their work that is delivered from offshore is completely protected by a well-defined series of stringent controls that provide the highest level of security assurance to their applications and data.

This compliance to the requirements of ISO 27001 requires that our facilities are monitored around-the-clock, and have layered safeguards and processes in place to guard against unauthorized access to our office, IT systems and network infrastructure, threats of internal or external electronic attacks, and theft of software, data or physical assets. In addition to undergoing regular internal audits, JBA’s IT security management system is also periodically audited by an accredited external auditing firm.

In addition to meeting the requirements of ISO 27001, JBA offers a demonstrated capability to go beyond this standard in order to meet specific client needs, such as being able to completely isolate client-servicing networks and office space both physically and logically.
