KPO :Knowledge Process Outsourcing
KPO or Knowledge Process Outsourcing is the evolving form of outsourcing at work in the markets for the past few years. It is different from BPO, or Business Process Outsourcing, which encompass less analytical functions of a business like data entry or call centers. KPO is similar to outsourcing the work of a analysts, researchers, or intellectual software designers. JBA is at the forefront of KPO in the industry today.
