Outsourcing – Onshoring – Nearshoring

The popularity of outsourcing work to onshore facilities can be directly correlated to the value of the dollar against foreign currencies, but there’s more at work than a simple financial equation.  Many companies have the need but not the capacity to accomplish a strategically important project.  Others worry about sending proprietary software overseas and away from the well established copyright laws of the United States.  And others simply haven’t had success with working with a team with a time difference that means our day is their night.  Whatever the reason, keeping the work onshore can be the only viable option.  Here at JBA we maintain capacity for bringing together teams to work on all or parts of projects that for US-based companies.  If you find yourself in a position that calls for an onshore project, call us or send us your RFP and you may be surprised to find just how competitive we can be!
